No-Bake Lemon Raspberry Cheesecake Mix
This perfectly balanced no bake cheesecake combines fresh tart lemons and ripe raspberries to create a dessert that will hit the spot!
All of our easy no-bake cheesecake mixes are prepared the same way. Here's a basic recipe (also included on the tag of the mixes) to make the cheesecake.
Cheesecake Recipe
- 1 Country Home Creations No Bake Cheesecake Mix (any flavor)
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz. whipped topping
- pre-made graham cracker crust
In a large mixing bowl mix No Bake Cheesecake Mix and cream cheese together. Mix well using an electric mixer. Fold in whipped topping. Spread into pre-made crust and cover with plastic top (or plastic wrap). Place in refrigerator for a minimum of 4 hours. If desired, garnish with your favorite toppings.
