- 1 Pack - Country Home Creamy Potato Soup Mix
- 2 quarts water (2qts. = 8cups)
DIRECTIONS:
Bring water to a boil add entire package of soup mix. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 20 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally. Do not let soup scorch. Salt and pepper to taste. (Yield 8 one cup servings.) Addition water may be necessary if soup becomes too thick.
